It’s officially Spring, hooray! So to celebrate I’m having a look back at last month with a February outfit recap. Actually, I didn’t post many outfits in February, mainly due to the terrible weather. Hopefully March will be a little kinder to us! I’m really not a fan of the Winter at all, as soon as Christmas is out of the way I’m impatient for Spring to arrive. Even if it’s still cold, at least it’s not dark by 4pm, which for me is the hardest part of getting through the Winter months. I’m so looking forward to wearing pretty pastel colours and my toes seeing the light of day!
I also love to see all the new season clothes hit the rails in the shops and the dregs of the sales disappear. Although I love hunting out a good January sale bargain, this year I didn’t actually buy that much, in fact most of my sale purchases are featured in these outfits – the Dickins and Jones navy duffle coat and striped bird jumper, and the faux fur coat from Marks and Spencer. The red J by Jasper Conran and the black Clemens en August dresses are both several years old. I’m now at a point where I want to mainly invest in good quality basics because my wardrobes are bursting at the seams!
