I’m back with another orange and brown retro print! I love The Hippie Shake’s designs so much, so when the latest Rainbow Ladyland collection dropped I I had to treat myself to this retro print waistcoat suit. The fit and fabric quality is fantastic, as with my other pieces from The Hippie Shake. The trousers are a little longer than my other suit, but with my chunky heel ankle boots the length is fine. The fabric has a little bit of stretch, which adds to the comfort factor. I’ve layered a thin roll neck top underneath, but I’d love to try the suit with a frilly shirt for that full on 70s vibe!
My new orange faux fur bag is the perfect accessory for the retro print. When I was invited to choose a piece from Fenella Smith London’s Luca Luna collection my eyes were immediately drawn to this zesty beauty! I love orange and I love faux fur, so this is my dream bag! What’s more, all of the brand’s pieces are sustainably sourced and vegan-certified by the Vegetarian Society.
The faux fur is so soft – I can’t stop stroking it! It’s hard to believe that it only costs £38 – it looks and feels so much more expensive. It’s also available in pink leopard print and white leopard print. Plus, there are lots of other gorgeous bags and purses. (The bright yellow laptop bag with purple lining is definitely on my Christmas wish list!) Good quality, affordable vegan-certified bags are not easy to find, so I’m delighted to have been introduced to this brand.
