My lovely mum passed away in the early hours of Thursday morning. She'd had lots of health problems over the last ten years but sadly she developed pneumonia in hospital and couldn't fight it off. I flew back from holiday a day early to be with her and had a couple of hours holding her hand before she slipped away peacefully 🕊️ 💔 Love you forever mum ❤️

Well we made it to Cape Verde after a stressful week! One of the cats went missing 24 hours before we left (he turned up three days later meowing at the bedroom window waking my mother-in-law up!) Mum's still in hospital but is now well enough to go home after almost four weeks.
