How is your week going so far? The hot and sunny weather continues here, so when I’m at home I’m usually in shorts and a vest top. But when I’m working or out and about, I like to wear something bright and summery, that’s airy and comfortable. This fabulous jumpsuit fits the bill perfectly. It’s by a brand that’s new to me: Popsy Clothing. When they invited me to collaborate I was delighted as it’s a family-run business that’s building a community of women who love colourful fashion.
Cherish, who founded Popsy Clothing with husband Greg, was inspired to start the brand after suffering from a lack of confidence when she was a stay at home mum. Seven years later, they still design and manufacture all the clothes in the Midlands. They also set up Popsy Clothing Frocks and Friends, a community of women united by friendship, clothes and much more. Meet ups take place across the country over coffee, dinner or nights out. What a wonderful initiative!
It’s impossible not to get a confidence boost wearing such a vibrant, bold print. And there are lots more equally fabulous designs on the website. It was difficult to choose a favourite, but I’m over the moon with my selection. This pink animal print jumpsuit is an absolute joy to wear; it’s colourful, super comfortable and it has pockets! The fabric is a soft stretch cotton jersey that you can just pull on in next to no time. It has one button at the back that’s very easy to fasten. (Nobody wants to be fiddling with an awkard fastening, especially in this heat!) I’m a huge fan of leopard print – both the traditional colourway and its funkier variations. I’ve had different combinations of bright hues in leopard print on my nails for the last few months. I may have found my next nail design inspo!
