Arabella and Addison Cat and Mouse Sweater

When I stumbled across this Arabella and Addison cat and mouse sweater on the TK Maxx website I just had to have it! I love cats and anything with cats on so this jumper is right up my street. And having a mouse on it too makes it just that bit cuter – it reminds me of Tom and Jerry cartoons! It’s a great lightweight sweater, perfect for late Summer when the temperature starts to cool down.

I wanted to keep the rest of the outfit simple to let the cat and mouse take centre stage, so I paired the sweater with these black Asos peg leg trousers and a pair of vintage black court shoes that belonged to my mum (she bought them in 1986!). My Modalu satchel that I bought on eBay matches the soft grey of the jumper. It’s a bit smaller than my usual work bags but at least it forces me to ditch all the unnecessary stuff that I carry around out of habit (we all do that, right?). It’s a simple, office-appropriate outfit with a fun twist, exactly what I like…purrfect!
