How’s your week going so far? It’s starting to feel more autumnal here but still quite mild. It’s definitely jacket weather but not cool enough for coats yet. I’m still trying to incorporate summery clothes and accessories into my outfits, knowing only too well that it could feel like a long winter. But then doesn’t it always?
You may remember last week I featured some pink and brown striped jeans. Well, these are the same style in a different colourway. I love the fit and fabric, so I know I’ll wear them lots. Rather than pair the jeans with a top in a solid colour, I decided to pattern mix blue stripes and floral print with this pretty blouse. It was another great Vinted find and feels lovely and airy on.
Just to inject a little contrasting colour, I added this cute lemon beaded bag, which also features stripes. I tried a couple of different blue bags but they looked too boring. Well at least to my dopamine-seeking eyes! Although I didn’t photograph it, I would add a denim jacket to complete this outfit, probably the oversized one featured in my festival fashion post.
Apologies for the delay in posting this week’s link up; I had almost finished it when the WiFi went off last night. An enforced digital detox to throw a spanner in the works. I was up early so had to go to bed and leave it unfinished š All was back to normal this morning, thankfully!
