A few weeks ago I featured a co-ord set in the same pattern as this one, but in a different colourway. I bought them on holiday last year and wore them a lot on my recent trip to Madeira. They were washed, ironed and ready to pack away when I thought I’d wear one to work on Sunday. I always think it’s a shame to pack holiday clothes away, not knowing when I’ll next get a chance to wear them. It was a sunny day that looked warm when I left the house at 8am…but I soon realised it wasn’t! Oh well, no time to change.
I grabbed a cardigan and turned the car heater up! At least that still works, unlike the air con. I’ve only worn these trousers with sandals before, and they are a bit short for trainers. One trick I use to counter that is to wear socks in the same colour as my trainers to disguise the ankle gap. High top Converse work well too. Highlighting the red in the pattern of this flower print trouser set with my accessories and cardigan gives me my much-needed colour hit.
The weather is all over the place lately; sunny, windy, raining, we’ve had the lot. I’m keeping some of my holiday/summer clothes to hand in the hope of warmer temps soon. I’ve been eager to crack on with decluttering and getting mum’s bungalow ready for sale. I was hit with a migraine on Friday that I’m still trying to shake off, so that meant I couldn’t do much. Not being able to use my phone or laptop for more than a few minutes at a time was frustrating. There seems to be a shortage of Migraleve too – maybe that’s stuck in the Strait of Hormuz with everything else!

I love this colorway, Emma! And, your trainers are perfect with the outfit. I’m so sorry about the migraine. Those are so debilitating. Hopefully, you can get some medicine soon. Thanks so much for the link up!

Such a fun print Emma, lovely with the red accents. Isn’t this weather awful. So changeable at the moment. Thanks for the linkup. Jacqui
Those co-ords look so different because of the colours. I loved the other one, but this one is even better. I have it every time I go to the gym, it looks sunny and then I expect it to be warm, and it isn’t. We have winter temps here today. I guess it’s not much better where you are.
That´s a thing to look at. Wonderful combination for spring and summer. Fits to your haircolour and your stylish bag LOL. I missed your link-party last week…but not this week.
Have a good time and all the best
Violetta
You look like sunshine in your flower, power print! I love the bright, bold colors and your choice of red accessories. Thanks so much for the feature this week, and hope you have a good week and weekend!
