I do love a bargain and this dress was certainly a steal at only £5 – that’s right a fiver! I’d only gone in to Marks and Spencer to exchange something but I can sniff out a sale rail at a hundred paces. After a quick rummage I stumbled upon the bargain of the week. This lovely lightweight dress is perfect for the Summer.
I can leave it loose and dress down with flat shoes, or style more formally for the office. All I needed to dress it up was a thick belt to give it some shape and a pair of killer heels. I would happily wear this for an evening out straight from work. I picked up the necklace in a charity shop – another bargain! I think it’s perfect for the dress.
The shoes are KG by Kurt Geiger. I love the crystal platforms, and despite the height they’re quite comfortable too.
I bought the snakeprint bag while on holiday in Cape Verde. It’s nice to buy something beautiful and unusual that reminds you of a great holiday long after the tan has faded.
