There are few places as relaxing as the area of Brittany where my Dad lives; from the beautiful coastline to the winding country lanes, it’s impossible not to feel chilled out here. It’s also an ideal setting for taking outfit photos…bloggers are never off duty, even on holiday!
The weather is warm and sunny – not quite as hot as back home in the UK, but that’s probably a good thing; I find very hot weather quite draining. Light layers are perfect for sunny days with a gentle breeze, so I’m glad I packed this khaki maxi dress and pink waterfall cardigan. Both are lightweight and flowing, making for a cool and comfortable outfit. I love the combination of khaki and soft pink, which is very flattering to most skin tones. I’ve added gold and lapis lazuli jewellery to finish off the look.
The dress and cardigan are available in other colours, so you could recreate this outfit in different colour combinations. They retail at just £14.99 each from Krisp.

You look like a grecian goddess!
I love pink with what you call khaki and I call army green (how did THAT happen??). Plus the necklines of the two pieces work so perfectly with one another. That’s one of those things that will keep me from wearing two items that LOOK like they’d go well together, but something about the necklines not quite working well together. I have so many rules for myself, ha!
Glad you’re enjoying your time away.
