Before my holiday I ordered three Issa jumpsuits that were on sale at House of Fraser. I knew straight away that the other two (featured here and here) were definite keepers as they have the potential to be quite versatile. But I wasn’t sure about this one. The fabric is thinner and quite slinky, making it less forgiving. It isn’t one I would wear during the day, but I think having a dressy jumpsuit for evening occasions gives you another option when you don’t want to wear a dress.
The embellished neckline means you don’t need a necklace…it’s a great one-stop-shop outfit that you don’t have to think about. It’s also a useful piece to take on holiday because it’s lightweight and doesn’t crease. I got a great deal on this jumpsuit – it was reduced from £119 to £36 (unfortunately it’s now sold out but I’ve picked out some others in the widget).
A couple of the gems were missing due to the claw settings being loose, but I could probably replace them. It isn’t very noticeable though. I’m really glad I decided to keep it as it felt lovely to wear. It’s as comfortable as wearing pyjamas 🙂 I kept my jewellery to a simple black and white theme and matched the crystal neckline on the jumpsuit with my silver Bonmarche sandals.
