Well, we survived the heatwave! Apparently there’s another one on the horizon though. At the moment, the temperatures are in the low 20s, which is much more bearable. For June’s Style Not Age challenge, Hilda chose “Summer Loving, Having a Blast” as the theme. We’ve all chosen outfits that we wear on repeat over the summer.
This lemon print dress is definitely one of my summer favourites. I love all fruit prints at any time of the year, but lemons in the summer remind me of the sunny Amalfi coast. The fabric is also very light and cool, while the loose shirt style maximises airflow. I bought it on eBay a few years ago and have since also purchased a pre loved skirt and cami top in the same print (both H&M). It would be fab holiday piece if it didn’t crease so badly. That’s often the trade off with light, breathable fabics though.
It was a work day and I was on the tram, so I wore my trusty Strive sandals and took my bright green Fenella Smith bag. I also took a thin cardigan with me just in case I got chilly in the air con but it stayed in my bag all day!

Anna’s outfit is what she wears for her daily swimming. It’s cool and casual and perfect for throwing on to head to the beach. Visit Anna’s Island Style to find out more.

Jacqui is wearing a beautiful, flowing dress with cream quilted sandals. Catch up with Jacqui over at Mummabstylish.
