How’s your week going so far? Have you been shopping the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales? I’ve been fairly restrained and only bought a few things for the house and some nail polish! I find it a bit overwhelming with the onslaught of marketing emails. It pays to be discerning with the sales and only buy quality items that you’ll love and use for a long time. Which brings me onto my gorgeous new Teddy Blake bag.
A great quality bag will last for years and years if you look after it well. This is my second Teddy Blake bag (you can see the other one here). This is the Gigi Stampato 13″, which is the ideal size and style for work. This elegant bag is the perfect accessory for my outfit of purple and green frills. The bag has a detachable shoulder strap – always a welcome addition. I also love the gold tone hardware, which is subtle and classy.
Rather than wear the matching purple jacket with these trousers (which would have been too much purple) I opted for this faux suede long jacket instead. It mixes the main outfit colours of purple and green with neutral shades. Plus, the sleeves are just the right length for showing off the frill cuffs of the blouse. I bought this jacket from my favourite little shop in Funchal. The unusual eye print immediately appealed to me. It’s one of those layering pieces that come in handy at this time of year. And as it’s lightweight I can still wear a coat over it if I need to. It’s also perfect for travelling too.

Well, I can’t decide which is the most fabulous! The jacket, the frills, the purple trousers, or the bag? They all work together wonderfully, though! Such a cool look! Thanks for the link up!

I’m always maximising your photos to look at the details. So interesting. Love the frills! And that bag! I didn’t buy a thing at BF. Had some items in my cart, but thought they weren’t reduced enough.
Your bag is fabulous! I was very tempted to get a purple one, but already have a good purple bag so went with yellow. Super outfit – I may steal your style ! x
